Role: Sales/Executive Representative – Paradox Global Ltd

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

Identify potential clients and business opportunities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent customer service.

  1. Sales & Business Development:

Promote and sell Paradox Global’s import/export and shipping services.

Develop strategies to increase sales and expand market reach.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.

Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calls, referrals, and events.

  1. Marketing & Social Media Engagement:

Actively promote Paradox Global on social media and other digital platforms.

Ensure daily updates and advertisements on WhatsApp status and all social media channels.

Develop creative marketing strategies to differentiate the brand.

  1. Market Research & Competitor Analysis:

Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities.

Monitor competitors and suggest ways to stay ahead in the industry.

  1. Collaboration & Reporting:

Work closely with the CEO, Sales Director, and Finance team to align sales with business goals.

Provide regular reports on sales performance and customer feedback.

Participate in strategy meetings and contribute ideas for business growth.

Maintain accurate client records using CRM systems to track interactions and opportunities.

  1. Customer Retention & After-Sales Support:

Follow up with clients after sales to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Handle client inquiries and resolve service-related issues promptly.

  1. Strategic Partnerships:

Identify potential business alliances and collaborations to enhance market presence.

Build relationships with third-party logistics companies, trade bodies, and agents.

  1. Compliance & Professionalism:

Ensure all transactions comply with company policies and industry regulations.

Maintain a high level of professionalism in all business dealings.
